All shows are once again at Metro Cinema. Capacity is currently limited to 250 seats per show, but we reserve the right to sell up to 500 tickets per show depending on COVID numbers and restrictions. All tickets are $25. If you are thinking of attending, we encourage you to buy early. Usually, we have 4000 tickets for sale and sell out. With reduced shows, down from eight to six, and reduced capacity we only have 1500 tickets for sale at this time. If you want to purchase your tickets today, you can purchase them in person at Track N Trail in Old Strathcona or online here. Tickets will be on sale at the St. Albert store as well, but not until Thursday the 25th.
We will once again be hosting two distinct programs for our in-person showings. If you are not quite ready to head back to theatres yet, we will once again before offering virtual programs. The virtual programs will have absolutely no crossover with the live screenings, so if you wanted to maximize your viewing experience, you can watch the live films and the virtual screenings and get completely different line-ups. The virtual films will launch on the 26th of November, are $18.50 for a three day rental or get two programs for a 14 day rental. The link to purchase the virtual films is here.
Just a reminder that proof of vaccination is required to attend the film festivals. The plan is for concessions to be open and for masking to be required in theatres while seated and not eating.
