Shipping & returns

For shipping, we will ship Canada Post Expedited within Canada where possible. We usually ship same or next business day, depending on Canada Post's pick-up schedule. All non-ski orders over $100, placed online, will receive free shipping.

Ski orders are subject to a flat rate shipping cost of $60 nationwide due to the high shipping costs incurred for shipping skis.

During COVID, we are not accepting returns on discounted items. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.

For returns, we offer full refund or exchange on all items returned to us, however, you will have to pay the return shipping. All items to be refunded must be in original condition and include all tags, boxes, etc, to be sold as new to the next outdoor enthusiast who would like the same item. Returns must be enacted within 14 days of receiving the product.

Please note that an exception applies. Once any climbing gear, nutrition, underwear or baselayer leaves our store, it is considered a final sale and no returns or exchanges are allowed. This is for the protection of our clients and staff. Thanks for your understanding.

On exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you, the client, once the original ordered item has been shipped back to Track N Trail at your cost.

For all returns, we ask that you please include a copy of email correspondence or some kind of note with the item, so that we know who is returning the item, why you're returning it and how we can contact you in order to refund your payment to your credit card.
